Return Policy
Our 30-day guarantee.
Although we wish you loved your KindTail purchase, we understand if it wasn't right for you and your pet. We allow easy returns within 30 days of delivery for all KindTail orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The cost to return is based on the item you are returning and will be deducted directly from your refund amount. Any original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. After 30 days we reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange.
Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer $15 shipping on all orders in the contiguous United States.
Standard orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS. We are closed for the weekends.
If you need to make changes to your order after it is placed, please contact support@emzotic.com right away. We will do our best to accommodate your changes if the item(s) haven't already been processed. You will receive your order confirmation and tracking number after placing your order, please be patient it may take a day or two. We apologize, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Warranty
We stand behind our products 100% and we want our customers to be satisfied. We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, contact customer service immediately. Please provide your order # and supporting photos to verify the condition. If KindTail deems there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will provide a replacement or the appropriate refund.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE WAIVED. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.
